Please provide maximum information about your company. We will respond to your Reseller Application within 48 hours meanwhile your account remains as Retail Customer. Once your application is approved, you will be notified by email then you will be able to place an order on reseller price. 

We provide option to see exact stock quantity if Reseller is buying from us on regular basis. If you don’t purchase any product via website for 30 days, your Reseller Account will get de-activated and changed to Retail Account. If you wish to take Credit, please fill out Credit Application completely when creating account. We will respond to your Credit Application separately within 48-72 hours.

We usually ship order the same day if order is received before 5pm. We provide Free Shipping on all items for Karachi Major Areas customers on orders above Rs.5000. If your order is less than Rs.10,000, Handling charges will be applied like Rs.150.

If you are out of Karachi, there are some items which have shipping cost, which can be seen with product details but still about 80% items are free of shipping cost, including all types of Laptops. We send Shipments on Customer Risk , If you Need Insurance , You have to Indicate in Special Instruction box When Placing Order and that insurance charge will be charged to you which is normally about 1% of Total Value. 

b. Self Pickup 

You can pick your order from our store in Technocity, Karachi within 45 minutes after you place an order from website during working hours (11am to 7pm Monday to Saturday). 

Save your time by placing your order online. Even if you need to pick it up, you don’t have to wait for items at store and of course Special Deals are only available on Web Store.

If you are Reseller or Corporate customer, you can apply for credit facility when you create account. Once your credit application is approved, you can place orders on credit as well. 

For Self Pickup, you can pay when you come to collect your order at our store.

We don’t cover warranty if product is damaged or burned. Water split on product also counts as damage if product is not used as intended purpose or abused. We do not cover Power Adapters or Batteries in warranty. If you fail to provide proof of purchase like invoice and product packing or the warranty time is over, then warranty cannot be claimed. 

We charge about Rs.2000-2500 for International warranty. Please provide packing and invoice when you bring product to us in warranty. If you are out of Karachi, you have to send us product on your own expense and after it is repaired or replaced, we send you back on our expense.
