How do I find my desired product on website?

Suppose if you are looking for CAT6 CABLE, you may go in categories and click on Cat6 Cable Boxes and you will see list of products with exact prices, stock status and complete details. Another good way is using Smart Searching Option, as soon as you start typing, it will start giving you options to select, which is really helpful. Yes, we ship all over Pakistan and mostly we dont charge any shipping charges as well. If there is any shipping cost, it will be mentioned with item details.

We don't charge shipping cost on many items including laptops etc. We charge Rs.150 as Handling Charges if order is less than Rs.10,000.

You can pay cash when you come to pick up or you can deposit in our bank account. Bank Information will be given to you when you place Order online. Karachi Customers Can also Pay Cash on Delivery

How do you cover warranty?
|

You will have to send us product on our address along with invoice and packing on your expense and we will send you back after repair or replacement to you on our expense. (In case of false warranty, we will charge you both ways). Warranty time depends on product usually, we cover warranty within 7 days. If product is in under International Warranty terms like usually notebooks are, in that case, you can claim warranty from company from other countries like Dubai etc. or you can ask us for warranty with additional charges like Rs.2,500 on each laptop, and we will get your warranty covered for you. it usually takes about 2-4 weeks. Now We Are Giving Local Warranty for Almost all Laptops it means you don't have to pay to claim warranty and it usually takes 2-3 Weeks.

Yes, when you create Customer Account, mark your customer type as Reseller and once it is approved from Admin, you will see Reseller Prices as well as Quantity Discounts and you can even see exact available qty if you are regular buyer

Yes, we do. If you are Corporate or Reseller Customer, you can apply for credit when you sign up on our website. Once your credit application is approved which takes about 48-72hours, you can place order direcly on credit either you are coming to pick up or you want shipment.

We have the option to show exact stock quantity to customer, usually we give this option to reseller customer who is a regular buyer.

International Warranty Means , You cant claim it from Pakistan , You can claim from Dubai , Singapore or other countries , If you ask us to get cover Warranty , We charge about 2,500 on Each Laptop to get cover for you and it takes about 2-3 Weeks.

What is Local and International Warranty?

We have Started Giving Local and International Warranty for Almost on all models. it means you can claim your Warranty from any country if you are travelling outside Pakistan. and if you are in Pakistan , You can claim via us without paying any additional Charges. We don't give Warranty Card , We will need you to keep your Invoice Safe and you will provide copy of invoice when you need to claim warranty. Claiming Warranty takes about 2-3 Weeks.
